Customer Service Consultant
As a Service Desk Analyst at the Service Support Center in Prague, you handle incoming calls from employees who primarily work with major Danish companies. You will handle events and service requests you come across and work with anything from user login issues to functional support for business units. The focus will be on solving the problem within the first contact. The support will be provided in Danish/Finnish and English to the client’s global organizations. You become a part of our customer service support center, where your IT support and analytical skills will be necessary as you will sometimes solve complex customer issues. Employees will consider you as a person who is outgoing and working well in a team and you will share your professional knowledge and experience with them. You must have a strong interest in providing the best service to the customers and the will to improve and develop your personal and professional skills.
As an IT supporter, you have a good understanding of the Windows environment, Outlook / MS Office, Remedy, network connections, Citrix, remote control, SAP, troubleshooting, software and hardware installation. It would be advantageous if you either have previous experience on IT support at 1st or 2nd level or an education in IT.
Being focused on results, you continuously pursue and achieve personal and work-related goals. You have excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customers in a professional and efficient manner. In addition to good time management and prioritization skills, you also have the opportunity to multitask effectively. High energy levels and drive for support are expected. A large part of your responsibility will be to convey support-related solutions to different audiences from technical professionals to managers. Speech and writing skills in Danish/Finnish and English (minimum B2 level) are crucial.
