Italian Speaking Customer Service - 6 months

Our client requires Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to respond to travel related inbound customer requests , document relevant case information. Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat.
This role will be to assist customers until they are satisfied with the solution via phone, emails and live chat. Escalating issues that can’t be resolved.
Calls (Inbound and Outbound) and emails - Help the clients with: booking, doubts, upgrades and rescheduling.
Deal sometimes with claims (strikes, lateness)
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Native level Italian and fluent English.
Good customer service experience.
