About the Role:
We are looking for JAPANESE speaking GAME PRESENTERS. This position will be for a very well-known gaming company and is based on the beautiful Mediterranean island of MALTA. With amazing sunny weather, attractive beaches, a busy nightlife and intriguing history and culture, there is a great deal to see and do!
The role
As a Game Presenter you will be hosting online games in front of the camera and you will interact with online players and ensure they have an engaging gaming experience. If you are outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly and not shy to talk in front of the camera then this role is for you!
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in JAPANESE
- Good command of English
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Customer focussed
- Eagerness to learn and develop
Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits
- There is an excellent competitive salary package on offer.
- Relocation support – flight, company apartment up to 3 weeks
- Paid training provided – up to 3 weeks, 25-30 training hours per week
- Uniform provided by the company
- Transportation to/from work fully covered during training period (up to 3 weeks)
- Transportation to/from work fully covered during employment period if shift starts/ends from 11pm to 7am (night and early morning hours)
- Holidays 38 calendar days per year + compensation for up to 14 public holidays (double pay if at work, extra vacation day if employee is on day off during bank holiday, which is not on weekend
- Anniversary cash benefit every 12th month of employment – 250 EURO gross

Interview Process
The interview process can be done remotely via phone, skype, whatsapp or viber. There will be an information/screen call, where you will once again explain what the role entails, how the relocation works, what living in Malta is like etc. This will be followed by an official interview and language test.
