Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Fundraising Officer (KOREAN speaking) to join their dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career, and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. As a Fundraising Officer you will support donors with their queries via incoming calls, email, live chat and Social Media. Assisting them with setting up direct debits, solving any issues and providing them with more info will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will conduct outbound calls to previous donors to ensure new donations are made. This is a 24x7 operation which would mean that once in a while you have to do a night shift.
The successful Fundraising Officer has:
Fluency in KOREAN and English
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Flexible attitude - able to work night shifts when needed
Good internet connection and home office facility
Previous customer service or fundraising experience desired
Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits
The Basic gross salary is £20,384 p/a. Full paid training will be provided.
The interview process can be done remotely via phone and video. There will be an information/screen call, a test and an official interview.
