Bilingual Customer Support for Music Streaming Service - Multiple Languages

Our clients are strictly Top Tier whose product offerings and services are hip, contemporary and very current. You will instantly know who they are and very likely use them yourselves. Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in.
We are looking for email and chat support representatives for our client who is a global music streaming service that allows people to enjoy the songs they love and also discover new ones.
Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude and great vibe to project work everyday. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services.
Customer inquires can range from something simple like telling a user how to access their account or address any technical issues. This project places a huge emphasis on the customer experience and attention to detail.
This long-term project is fast-paced with a lot of potential for further growth!
Orientation will be paid at full rate.
Production Hours and Commitment: 25 hours per week, 3 months
Then release to full-time Productions - 25hrs/week
Shift hours: To Be Determined
All shortlisted applicants will be required to pass written language assessment in the target language.
