Our client is looking for Italian speaking Customer Service agent to support their client who is an International company dealing with Accommodation world wide. You will develop valuable skills and knowledge in the travel industry.
To Provide Friendly and efficient service to the customers while being the first point of contact
You will be responsible to resolve customer issues and questions via emails and calls including urgent situations.
Be proactive and independent while escalating issues accordingly
You will need to multitask numerous tasks during the day
Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
