•Learn, understand, and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer.
•Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
•Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video, or another format daily.
•The scope of the role requires content moderation for egregious content, main lines on Graphic Violence and Child Safety
•Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action.
•Give feedback for policies, tools & process improvements.
•Gain good knowledge about the details of your work and related tasks (Example: There will be policies you’ll be responsible of and required to study and learn but also it will also be important to learn and know about related subjects)
Candidate Requirements :
•Good level of Dutch and English
•Active enrollment with IEFP (You can register IEFP at a later stage prior to employment)
•This job will require working in a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and reviewing content that might be highly egregious in nature.
•Not a requirement but, if you’ve previous experience in content moderation, it would be an asset.
