About the Role:
We are looking for a Norwegian Speaking Content Moderator to Barcelona!
As a Content Moderator, you play an important role in the content of one of the most famous social media platforms of our time. The department is expected to grow in 2022, providing a wide range of opportunities for internal campaigns and career development for the right candidates.
Main responsibilities:
- Make sure that the right content is promoted and that content that goes against the media's guidelines is removed.
- Act as an ambassador for the platform
- Collection and maintenance of customer data
- Follow up inquiries about service, subscription, payment and technical requirements
- Work with requests and comments via the media channels
Requirements:
- Norwegian at the native language level
- Experience in customer service, communication, or similar roles
- Good knowledge of relevant social media channels (Facebook, Twitter etc. )
- Passion for community management and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
