Our client is an established and profitable online casino facing the Asian market with an experienced leadership team who have spun out from major household gambling operators. They are looking to hire a Japanese speaking Marketing and Affiliate Manager to join their teams based either in Malta or Cyprus. The role is on a full-time basis and the client will assist candidates with work permit application and relocation to desired country.
Responsibilities:
Acquiring new affiliates, negotiating deals, promotions, and strengthen the existing partnerships to increase performance against acquisition KPIs for the 2 brands
Answering Affiliate queries on timely manner
Managing existing relationships with affiliates
Working together with CRM/OPS team to publish campaign information
Delivering acquisition and retention campaigns utilising our affiliate network
Monitoring affiliate marketing campaigns and measuring them against strict compliance protocols and guidelines
Providing regular reports to management on the effectiveness of the program
Requirements:
Experience in an affiliate marketing management or iGaming marketing role
Strong Negotiation and sales skills
Demonstrated skills in working on solo or remote projects and executing projects with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
Enjoy working in fast-paced and managing different projects at the same time
Tackle problem solving with creative thinking
A passion for growth
Excellent and proactive communication skills
Outgoing, ability to adapt quickly and effectively in an evolving small business
Native-like Japanese and excellent English (verbal and written)
