Excellent opportunity to join this expanding company and work on behalf of a leading IT company.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers by phone calls, email etc answering issues that they have regards account issues and providing solutions to any issues that they have to ensure their needs are satisfied.
Essential Criteria:
Ideally have some customer service experience
Speak at least b2 German and English
Have good general customer service skills
Full time - 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Candidates should already live locally.
