About the Role:
Are you a problem solving and customer support whizz who is looking for the next step in your career?
One of our established online gaming clients based in Malta are looking to hire a Swedish Content Coordinator to their team. They are looking for a native Swede, who is passionate about quality and live by the rule of working smart, not hard to create engaging and relevant content to their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Publish high-quality, eye-catching content and copy for all areas of the business, whilst maintaining the correct tone and style according to guidelines
- Keep your creative flair by reviewing all of their sites, internally created and externally created copy, and also providing feedback
- Become the go-to expert within the business in regard to Swedish regulatory requirements, assisting the acquisition department in reviewing content created by external partners
- Filter through the systems and then work with your team mates to provide suggested improvements to the systems, tools and processes
- Learn the fun of how to write for different channels such as social media, internal blogs, app store descriptions and corporate newsflashes
Requirements:
- Native level of written Swedish and fluent English language skills
- 1 year+ experience working within the iGaming industry in a Customer Support or Content related position
- A creative flair in the way you approach your audience with the written word
- Experience handling basic HTML would be considered an asset
- A passion for sports would be ideal
