We are recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Ambassador to support clients of luxury brands. You will be based in Paris and will work in a hybrid format with working some days during the week from home and some days from the office - after the initial training. This is a versatile role where you assist your clients via phone, email, live chat and Social Media in regards to pre-sales enquiries (advising on products, availability and pricing) as well as post-sales enquiries (deliveries, exchanges and refunds). You will assist clients with placing orders by phone or assist clients with their web orders. Besides this, you will also participate in marketing canpaigns by conduct outbound calls to your regular customers to ensure they are aware of the latest promotions. First time resolution and ensuring your clients receive first class customer service is important.

Previous customer service experience
Fluency in the following two languages: English and German

Salary and benefits
Working hours are 35 hrs p/week - you can expects to work one or two Saturdays per month (weekend shifts always done from home-office). You might be asked to work Sundays during busy seasons (Nov and Dec only). Basic annual gross salary is between 27-29K Euro.
