Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a program designed to provide support to selected premium vendors who want to scale faster and unleash their full potential. In your day-to-day job, depending on the process you will be working on, you will be faced with various responsibilities such as:
- Demonstrating expertise in handling end-to-end processes and related tools in order to achieve business goals;
- Interacting and coordinating with retail teams and vendors;
- Populating and procuring content for the product catalogs on the Amazon Website;
- Identifying and correcting catalog errors;
- Creating reports regarding work received and work performed;
- Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensuring that the quality standards are met;
- Taking part in client calls, leading and documenting the discussion;
- Perform root cause analysis, researching for missing information, finding the main errors and solving them in order to ensure the correct functioning of processes and to enhance team performance in terms of productivity;
- Supporting and implementing improvement ideas for the processes within the team and always looking at ways to innovate;
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team;
- Training and mentoring other Associates to ensure an effective onboarding of new team members;
- Flag any updates received from stakeholders to the manager, dive deep to find the root cause and propose solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Baccalaureate diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience;
- Written and oral communication skills in both English and French;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office; MS Excel is an advantage;
- Good understanding of internet navigation and research large amounts of data in a timely manner;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Commitment to meet deadlines;
- Ability to Dive deep into a problem, perform ‘Root Cause Analysis’ and identify constraints to recommend a solution;
- Critical and analytical thinking in order to challenge processes and status quo;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data;
- Resilient to repetitive tasks and ability to identify automation opportunities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred
- 1 – 2 years of experience in data-driven Business Operations processes such as database management, data analytics is preferred.
