About the Role:
Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors – 6 month contract.
Amsterdam, The Netherlands
€21,600 gross basic + up to €250 per month performance bonus + other allowances.
Our client is recruiting for several Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisors to work on behalf of one of the world’s leading clothing retail brands. This is an office based role.
Shift schedule Monday to Saturday between 9am to 9pm rota based, 40 hours per week.
Job Duties
Assisting customers by phone calls, emails and live chat regards the company products and services.
Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services regards the online shop.
Essential Skills
You have at least a completed MBO background and have good general computer skills.
You have at least 1 year of customer service experience, which can also be face-to-face.
Have native level Dutch and fluent English.
