Job description:
Processing invoices (PO& non PO) as per SLA and accuracy;
Processing payments as per the schedule and ad ad-hoc;
Follow up invoices relevant for discount for early payments and obtain maximum discount;
Performs quality checks;
Months End reporting and Management Reporting (SLAs, KPIs, dashboards…);
Handling Vendor queries;
Handling invoices exceptions (Discrepancy resolution);
Process T&E;
Mentor and assist new hires in their accommodation period;
Escalates issues at the right time and to the correct owner.
