About the Role:
An exciting new role has come available for a fluent Dutch speaker to join an international Content Moderation team for a very well known global job site. This is a work from home role and can be anywhere done anywhere in Ireland as long as you have good broadband connection and a quiet space to work in your home.
As a Content moderator you will be responsible for maintaining the online reputation of the number one job site in the world while ensuring high standards of quality. You will be monitoring and applying rules and guidelines to make sure the content being communicated on the website is as effective as possible to drive applications from job-seekers. This is a very busy role where attention to details and excellent organisational skills are important.
The successful candidate has:
- Fluent Dutch
- Good command of English
- Ability to work from home in Ireland - good broadband connection
- Previous call centre experience and/or content moderation experience
- Flexible approach and ability to multi-task
Rotational shift between Monday to Sunday between 7am to 7pm, 40 hrs per week (8 hrs for 5 days) - there is a 4 weeks shift rotational system. PC will be provided to the successful candidate. Basic annual gross salary is €27,500 plus performance based bonus of up to €1,600.
