Responsibilities:
Implement activity to address any areas for improvement
Monitoring data quality results, reports and dashboards
Drive quarterly audit calibration sessions and implement the actions
driven from the sessions
Manage various quality initiatives and projects
Adherence & compliance to SOX requirements
Manage controls for data quality and assurance
Maintain & review data sensitivity, BCP, DRP, RMG, Access
Conduct process risk assessments
Requirements:
Minimum of bachelors degree
Basic Orientation in Hire to Retire processes
Experience of working on leading HR ERPs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
