Assistant Human Resources Manager

Gross salary up to €35,000-50,000 per year
Job Duties:
Proving HR support, liaising with candidates and Team leaders in the call centre.
Design and implement HR plans inline with the business policies.
Coach others in the HR Team
Ensuring HR is adhering to relevant legislation.
Manage onboarding of new employees directly and through 3rd parties.
Experience required:
6+ years of HR experience, with emphasis on labor and employee relations in a large scale business environment
Previous experience working with Works Councils
Have a relevant degree (e. g. HR, Legal, Economics, Psychology)
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Experienced with working in an international environment.
Strong team management skills.
Experience in working in a matrixed organisation with HQ preferably outside of Germany
Team management capability
Excellent communications (written & verbal) skills in German and English
