About the Role:

An exciting new role has come available for a fluent SLOVENIAN speaker to join and customer service team supporting a very well known retail brand.   This is a work from home role and can be anywhere done in the UK as long as you have good broadband connection and a quiet space to work in your home.  

 

As a Retail Customer Advisor for a global clothing brand, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will answer their queries via email and Social Media. Providing product and service advise, first time resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction is important in this role. This is a busy and versatile role that suits someone with an interest in fashion.

 

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in  SLOVENIAN and English
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Availability of a home office with good broadband connection

The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype.   You will work 40 hours per week on rotational shifts.  Salary: Up to £9. 50 gross per hour.  You will work 40 hrs per week on a rotational shift between the hours of operation: 9am-12pm Mon-Sun - you will get your rota 4 weeks in advance! There is also a 20% uplift in hourly rate will also be applied if you are working after 10pm.
