Are you a fluent Danish speaker who would you like to work from home in Bulgaria? We are looking for a fluent Danish speakers with a good command of English who want to work in an international customer support team. This position will be for our client - an outsourcing partner - and is offered as a permanent work from home role.
As a Customer Support Agent you will represent an online pet store where you will be the first point of contact for clients in regards to animal products and pet supplies. You will receive incoming calls and emails from customers and will answer their queries in a timely manner. Provide product information and processing orders will be part of your daily tasks.

Shifts are between Mon-Sat between 9am-7pm. Full paid training will be provided. Basic gross monthly salary is around 1175 euro. Relocation package is on offer for those relocating to Bulgaria, which includes flight reimbursement and 4 weeks accomodation on arrival.
