About the Role:
French Speaking Customer Support - can be remote based anywhere in Greece
Home based Greece or can be office based in Athens
Monthly salary €1045 gross (about €815 net) + production bonus up to €100 (up to 14 month salaries a year).
Candidates should have experience in using smart phones or tablets.
Flight paid by client and first 2 weeks hotel provided
Candidates must speak fluent French and English and should have some customer service experience.
The role involves assisting customers by phone, email and live chat with issues they have with their product.
Candidates must already have the work permission for Greece ie EU passport or Greek work permit.
