Job role: Content Moderator - Dutch speaking
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)
Work schedule: 5 days a week 8h, rotating shifts 24/7
Salary: Base salary + Language Bonus+ Productivity Bonus + New Joiner Bonus and Accenture Benefits package

Accenture Operations is looking for Dutch-speaking individuals to support one of our key global clients as Content Moderators. Multiple start dates.
Role
-Review of uploaded content and flagged account activity for indicators of fraudulent activity
-Remove content according to our Client's Policy
-Evaluate, label, and identify patterns in suspicious activity
-The rigorous and productive approach to delivering quality services
-Staying up to date with Client Policy
You will work in one of our Lisbon offices, surrounded by a melting pot of cultures and languages. There are free snacks and a game room with foosball and ping-pong tables, PlayStation, or Arcade games in the offices. Be prepared for a city where the sun shines 90% of the day and the temperature is always mild.
Key Requirements
-Proficiency in Dutch (min. B2)
-Good written and verbal skills in English
-Valid work permit (EU passport, Residency card etc. )
-Passionate and knowledgeable about Social Media
-Professional experience in the back office or administrative task-based roles (desirable, not mandatory)
-Experience in text editing, revision, or digital content analysis (desirable, not mandatory)
-Knowledge of MS Office Tools
-Previous experience working within a team
-Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be comfortable reviewing sensitive content including graphic pornography, violence, drug use, child abuse, etc.
-Majority of your time will be spent on general content music, sports, beauty, fashion, kids, etc. but you will come across some sensitive content on a weekly basis.
