Skills and Experience:
● Fluent German OR French and English
● Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching / tutoring in a school based setting (brick and mortar or virtual). (Preferred)
● Extensive experience in child development
● Deep understanding of how kids learn, behave, and what kids like in age group of 3-12 years
● Experience in content evaluation for children
● Ability to deliver accurately and meet the deadlines
● Flexible in work schedule
Responsibilities:
● To review the content focused on apps and games as per the parameters set by the customer.
● To assign the rating for the given apps in consideration of the guidelines from the customer
● Understands client needs for content review and aligns to the client policy
● Provides the running list of positive and negative apps with respect to teacher and trust and safety standards and guidelines
● Shares the daily and weekly reporting of the activities performed on a regular basis
● Collaborate with team members, project and account managers
● Source content as per the given criteria and add their submissions and notes into a spreadsheet
● Perform the audit tasks and highlight the new trends and areas of confusion backed up examples
● Perform 'reconciliation' sessions with internal team, product team and be available during EST and/or PST hours.
● Build and deploy verbal, written and in-person communications around the training needs and sharing best practices.
● Maintain KPI targets consistently for successful delivery of the project
● Troubleshoot, clarify and answer queries for successful implementation of the tasks
● Work on similar other projects as shared by the customer
