About the Role:
Senior HR Advisor - German or Nordic languages
Euro London is currently recruiting for a Business Consultancy who helps companies settle in the UK.
Due to the bulk of their client base, they are seeking Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish or German speakers.
As a Senior Advisor, your main role is to Manage HR Advice for a portfolio of clients and provide high quality and compliant advice across the full spectrum of HR.
Requirements:
Expertise in UK Human Resources
Client handling / customer service skills
Knowledge of HR databases and working accurately with data
Willingness to handle HR generalist duties from lower level to more technical level
Up to date knowledge of HR legislation
Experience of working within a Consultancy or Shared Service environment
Educated to degree level, preferably in an HR or business discipline
CIPD qualified
