About the Role:
Our client in Olso is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their Danish Team! They are looking for candidates who are interested in working full-time or part-time.
Job description
As a customer service support representative, you will be working on a project with an international channel, where you will handle customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
Besides speaking your native language Danish you are also fluent in English and can confidently provide customer support to our Danish customers via phone, email and chat. You will receive inquiries from customers regarding their subscription, payment, new customers and technical issues.
