About the Role:
We are recruiting proficient speakers of Italian + good English to join an international team in Athens in an office setting.

Responsibilities:
• Help customers resolve simple issues with a particular product or functionality;
• Provide users with instructions via email, chat and phone;
• Report to team manager or team supervisor;
• Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in Italian {written and Verbal} and good English
• Candidate must hold European nationality or Residence permit for Greece
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
