Troubleshooting any problems clients may have via telephone, e-mail or chat
Provide information about products & Services to the customers over the phone
Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so
Job Requirements:
Fluent German and English
Technical background/troubleshooting skills & familiarity with technology
Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
Customer oriented approach that is capable to match the brand’s reputation
General technical/troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity-driven personality
