Our client is an IT Consultancy firm, who specialises in areas such as Digital Transformation, ICT Management and IT Security & Privacy. They are looking for an experienced Recruiter for their office in Frankfurt, Germany.
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing candidates to induction. Your main focus will be recruiting for both junior and senior IT professionals in the the German market. You will contact candidates from various recruitment sources, screen and interview candidates and present pre-qualified candidates to the hiring managers. You will ensure that there is a good candidate flow and that internal hiring targets are met. This is a very busy role where you will be actively sourcing candidates via various CV databases, Social Media networks and other sources. From time to time you will attend (virtual) recruitment fairs.
