About the Role:
We are recruiting for a French speaking Quality Analyst with digital advertising experience. This role is based with our outsourcing client in Lisbon, Portugal.
As a Quality Analyst you will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual team, focused on providing optimization consultancy to our client´s Account managers. Your role is to make sure all solutions are adequate and in line with the highest standards. You will follow up on resolved cases to identify improvement and training opportunities and actively review decision accuracy to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies. Besides this you will develop process documentation and collect feedback about the functionality of the processes and tools.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in French and English
- Previous experience in an audit or quality environment performing quality control and quality analysis;
- Experience in digital marketing
- Ability to motivate and coach team members
- Good analytical skills
- Have a flexible attitude
- Computer literate
