About the Role:
We are looking for applications of candidates with no experience or short-time experience for customer service job in Dusseldorf. Our client is an international bank, and you will be doing chat, email or phone support depending on your project. Working hours are between 9am - 5pm, fluent German and basic level of English language understanding is required.

Responsibilities
- Work in first-line customer service (either by phone, chat / email or social media)
- Answering calls from customers having issues with purchases or other queries
- Answering chats and emails from customers who are having issues with purchases or other general information
- You should be able to handle 3-4 chats at the same time
- Responding to social media posts from customers who are having issues with purchases or other general information
- Accurate and efficient processing of financial and non-financial transactions
Requirements
- Fluent German and B2 or medium level of English Language
- 6 months CS experience
- Very good Typing speed as it will be chat job too
- Ability to multitask can do chat phone emails side by side
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Interpersonal skills / ability to communicate with different target groups
