Work with the best and learn from the best, in this exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Manager at an internationally renowned marketing agency. My client is searching for a motivated and growth-oriented team member to join their Munich office and help build it up with their creativity and ambitions. This is your chance to work in digital marketing who is using innovative and top of the line data analytics and lead generation programs.
Your Tasks
- Develop and pitch strategies to existing clients and new business opportunities
- Manage a team of 3+ marketing specialists
- Develop and coach existing juniors in the team across Google and Meta platforms
- Develop and drive paid media strategies across a number of mediums to enterprise clients
- Setup and manage Paid Search, Programmatic/Display, YouTube and Social Media campaigns
- Maintain your client accounts, through budget and performance management, billing, and testing new channels
- Provide monthly performance reports
- Lead and participate in client meetings and client calls about your products and services
- Stay up to date on current paid media trends and industry changes, updating the team as you learn
- Create proposals for clients showing clear value propositions and costs of undertaking activity
Your Profile
- Native level German
- Fluent English
- 3+ years of experience in paid media management
- A genuine passion for paid media in digital marketing
- Google Ads knowledge
- Experience or working knowledge of YouTube, Meta, Twitter and other paid media platforms
- Experience with bid management platforms is highly looked upon but not essential
- Attention to detail and organization
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting plans/ideas to external clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrable understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing trends
- Ability to work well under pressure and to short deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
