About the Role:
We are recruiting proficient German speakers, already based in Lisbon, for a new project with a BPO multinational company.
What does this role hold for you?
- Monitoring all user-generated content
- Screen and review reported social media content according to guidelines
- Research, prevent and solve challenges related to accounts
- Management of potentially sensitive internet content
The ideal candidate:
- Passionate about digital in general and social media in particular
- Impeccable verbal & written communication skills in German and English
- Professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
- Desire to work in a creative, demanding, competitive environment fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Good PC and soft skills
