LEAD, SOUTHERN EUROPE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The Juice PLUS+ Business Development team is responsible for field Activation, and optimising business activity of all our Partners in the field. Within this business-critical role, Activation is centered around the support, training and education of Partners on Juice PLUS+ systems, apps, tools, compensation plan, qualifications, promotions/incentives and best practices; all to maximise business growth.
Optimisation of business activity also focusses on our culture, upholding our values (Community, Longevity, Authenticity, Quality, Simplicity, Approachability, and Inclusivity), ensuring good business behaviour and collaborative communication style, promoting a can-do attitude and endorsing accountability, inclusion and empathy.
The overall aim of the role of Lead, Business Development, is to manage current business and drive further sales and profit with the existing Partner base, whilst also promoting the acquisition of new Partners. Within this role the Lead will guide Partners with the objective of growing sales, increasing down-line volume, and enlarging the customer base by acquiring new customers and converting one-time shoppers into lasting customers. This can be achieved by an outstanding understanding of our business, our market, and our competition, and adopting an enhanced analytical approach to data, all whilst building strong, trustworthy and lasting relationships with our Partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Travel during the week and at weekends will be necessary to support events and training as necessary
