Among your responsibilities
- Review user reports on website content to identify potential non-policy compliant content
- Identify, analyze, and flag non-policy compliant content and derive direct actions
- Make balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to established policies and procedures
- Leverage market-specific knowledge and insights to drive user experience improvements
- Review sensitive content (confronting inappropriate content such as violence is part of the job)

About your profile:
- Fluency in German (at least C1 level, ideally native speaker).
- B2 level in English
- Willingness to work 3 shifts (5 days per week Mon-Sun, depending on shift schedule, early, late, night shift)
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Quick thinking and adaptability in learning new processes, concepts and skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and desire to work accurately, efficiently
