About the Role:
Customer Service Agent in Greece - DUTCH
We are recruiting for a position of Dutch Customer Service Agent in Greece
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS IS SUPER FAST!
Remote anywhere from Greece after the nesting period, training period will be conducted in the Athens offices (We provide the travel ticket and the accommodation for the training if relocating or travelling for the training)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TASKS:
• Help resolve customer queries – debt or collection related mostly
• Clarify disputes
• Arrange payments
• Find viable solutions for debt collection
• Escalate cases appropriately as needed
• Payment reminders (outbounds)
• Discuss open cases with debtors (mainly outbounds)
• Inbound email handling
• B2B support
BENEFITS/CONDITIONS:
• 1450 Euro basic monthly gross salary + bonus below (total of 23-24K euro Gross yearly)
• 14 salaries a year (double salary on 11th and 12th month)
• Extra bonus Up to 10%-15% of the salary in NET monthly (around 210euro NET more
• 80 Euros tickets for meal allowance monthly
• Private life/health insurance
• Remote work allowance - 23 euros monthly (remote employees in Greece)
• Plane ticket
• 2 weeks accommodation
• Initial contract for 6 months and then permanent or 6 months more contract according to the evaluation of the employee. The goal is permanent contract.
• Shifts vary between Monday-Friday, 09. 30h-19h
