We are recruiting for a position of Customer Advisor and Marketing expert for Facebook for Bulgarian OR Italian OR Greek OR Turkish OR Ucrainian&Russian
It is a position of technical support with chat, email, tickets mostly some moderation parts and few calls sometimes.
We have different projects open with different tasks and benefits however the priority is for a Facebook customer service and marketing expert position
Requirements:
• NATIVE speaker of one of these languages: Bulgarian OR Italian OR Greek OR Turkish OR Ucrainian&Russian
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Good computer skills
• At least High School Diploma
• Customer care experience
• Excellent communication skills
• EU passport or ALREADY with residence card (MANDATORY)
