We are recruiting for different positions of Customer support for several projects in Lisbon
It is a position of technical support with chat, email, tickets mostly some moderation parts and calls.
We have different projects open with different tasks and benefits
Requirements:
• NATIVE speaker of one of these languages: Portuguese OR Spanish OR Italian
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Good computer skills
• At least High School Diploma
• Customer care experience
• Excellent communication skills
• EU passport or ALREADY with residence card (MANDATORY)
