About the Role:

We are hiring for a position of Customer service with Dutch language for the Miele project in Portugal (Remote work from all Portugal)

Primary Responsibilities

- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, chat from Miele consumers and business partners

concerning their sales order, service order and appliance needs.

- Troubleshoot the care and use of Miele appliances using operation manuals, product

specification sheets and assorted tools overthe phone.

- Assist consumers in setting up service repair for their appliances, check availability of

technicians and make appointments for service calls

- Facilitate resolution for consumers issue and log the information into the consumers

account.

- Maintain a balance between company goals and consumer desires. Handle issues in the

best interest of both Miele and the consumer.

- Research and answer any installation or product specification questions our sales teams

dealers and customers may have

- Corresponds with Miele Service/Sales Management teams and other personnel. as well as

Miele Service Partners [MSP’s] to obtain required information. when needed.

BENEFITS:

Salary is around 16. 000 Euro gross per year for remote position in Portugal and 19. 000 Euro gross per year on site position in our office in Lisbon

Signing a Portuguese contract. the Portuguese public holidays are applied. i

Holiday and Christmas Bonuses:

in Portugal you will receive Holiday and Christmas bonuses. each being equal to one extra

month of your base salary and fix complements.

Bonuses can be divided by 12 and paid each month.

Relocation Package [only for candidates with relocation needs*]:

Up to 200. 00 euros forthe cost of a travel ticket [Peimbursed after 3 months upon evidence

of travel ticket]
360 euro gross per month for the first 3 months renting

Accommodation Support customized to your needs and your budget which can include

assistance With temporary accommodation in the first weeks and/or finding permanent

accommodation

The training period is fully paid and included in the contract
