We are hiring for a position of Customer service with French language for the Porsche project in Portugal (Remote work from all Portugal)
Working hours Mon-Sunday 6a-8pm (8 hours x 5 days in that hours range)
Primary Responsibilities
- lnbound Support [e. g. technical assistance for Connect Services, advice on Smart Mobility Services.
administration of customer accounts, support for all Connect related topics for both customers and dealers
such as registration or operating issues, charging network, parking services, Porsche Drive, etc. ].
Inbound Sales [e. g. clarification of contract related questions].
Outbound [future products e. g. related to the Connect environment or Smart Mobility Services].
Case Monitoring [Monitoring handling and- if necessary — escalation of open cases].
Response Card [e. g. handling of response cards. administration of opt. —ins and opt. —outs].
Lead Management.
Salary is around 14. 000 Euro gross per year for remote position in Portugal and 16. 000 Euro gross per year on site position in our office in Lisbon
Medical and dental insurance:
Holidays According to the Portuguese law you will be entitled to 22 business days of annual leave.
Signing a Portuguese contract. the Portuguese public holidays are applied. i
Holiday and Christmas Bonuses:
in Portugal you will receive Holiday and Christmas bonuses. each being equal to one extra
month of your base salary and fix complements.
Bonuses can be divided by 12 and paid each month.
Relocation Package [only for candidates with relocation needs*]:
Up to 200. 00 euros for the cost of a travel ticket [Peimbursed after 3 months upon evidence
of travel ticket]
360 euro gross per month for the first 6 months renting
Accommodation Support customized to your needs and your budget which can include
assistance With temporary accommodation in the first weeks and/or finding permanent
accommodation
The training period is fully paid and included in the contract
