About the Role:
CBT is recruiting for a position of Technical Search Engine in Portugal (ON SITE no remote opportunity for now) with any of the following languages: NORWEGIAN or DANISH
VERY FAST RECRUITMENT PROCESS!
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluency as NATIVE SPEAKER/C2 in NORWEGIAN or DANISH
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• ONLY EU passport or ALREADY with RESIDENCE CARD
• No previous experience required;
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday – 8 am to 5pm Rotating shift

• SALARY 23000Euro-24000Euro gross yearly depending on language

• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information • Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
