About the Role:
We are hiring for a position of TRAVEL ADVISOR WITH SWEDISH OR NORWEGIAN in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria
Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian
B2 or higher English language skill
- Communicate with international customers daily by phone and email
- Consult others about traveling requests in a professional manner
- Find the best solution for everyone and propose different options concerning what’s the best for the customers
- Identify customers and record data
