About the job:
- As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to work with your team to resolve customer issues with empathy and effectiveness. You will receive customer enquiries via various channels such as telephone, email and chat and handle them in a problem-solving manner as far as possible and communicate in a customer-oriented manner.
- German-speaking inbound customer support via telephone, chat, SMS and e-mail; depending on the volume of work, the distribution of these areas of responsibility may vary or individual communication channels may be temporarily paused
- Use of the internal "knowledge base"; writing of internal notes and e-mails to the internal back-office team in English
- Professional management of customer data, as well as handling any other customer concerns

Your profile:
- German as mother tongue
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, in a call centre environment or customer-facing role is a plus
- Good organisational skills and an independent way of working
- Structured communication both verbally and in writing
- Ability to produce high-quality work while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
- Customer as well as problem-solving mindset
