The Role:
We believe that attitude and personality are more important than previous work experience. For this reason, we have no requirement for previous employment when we seek future customer service representatives. However, to apply for this job you must fulfil the following conditions:
- Fluency in Finnish
- Other Nordic language knowledge will be considered as an asset
- Good knowledge of English
- Very good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Possibility to work in shifts
In this position, you will:
- Help customers via phone and email
- Manage and update customer information on several systems
- Solve problems and help customers to use the services
- Serve customers with quality and efficiency, while giving them all the time they need
