About the Role:

Role: German speaking Customer Advisor
Start date: asap
Salary: £22000 per year gross
Contract: permanent
Hours of work: 40 hrs p/week rotational
The Company
Our client offers a sustainable and affordable kids bike subscription service where the bike is simply exchanged for a larger model as the child grows. With already 50,000 subscribers in the UK, they are now growing rapidly in Europe. To support their German customers they are now looking for a German Customer Advisor for their office based in Gibraltar.
The Role
As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, social media channels and live chat. You will answer customer queries in regards to bike models, subscription options, payments and assist them with simple technical questions. Besides this you will process orders and maintain the customer database up to date.
Requirements

Fluent in both German and English
