German Speaking Customer Service Advisors – Hybrid – Banking Related Project
Gross €24,300 per year (include base salary, language bonus and meal allowance) + relocation
Regarding the hybrid model, it translates in 70% of the time at home, and 30% of the time in the office, the team attempt to schedule the on site days accordingly to the preference of everyone, for example, Mondays and Tuesdays or just on the end of the week.
This role involves working on behalf of a leading German bank supporting their clients.
· Assisting clients with various inquiries via phone, chat, email etc.
· Offering excellent customer service to maximise the client’s satisfaction.
· Previous experience in Customer Service - not essential
· Fluent German and Minimum B2 English
· Ability to multitask & work under pressure
Relocation package offered, this is a 40 hour a week position.
As part of the onboarding process background check will be required ie clean criminal record, references etc.
Rotative schedules between 7am and 10pm (Mon – Fri)
2 days off per week (Saturday & Sunday)
