About the Role:

German Speaking Customer Service Advisors - 12 month contract

Timisoara, Romania

Gross Yearly Salary – 74,500-86,125 RON per year

(net per month 3,535-4,100 RON per month)

Job Overview

Assisting customers regards their orders and queries by social media channels and live chat.

Resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

Please note this is hybrid role, involving working in the office some of the time.

There is no relocation with this role.

Experience Required

Candidates should speak excellent German and at least b2 English.

Have good general IT skills.

Willing to work shifts based on a 24*7 rota basis.
