About the Role:

Joining this established global electric manufacturer as a Customer Service Agent, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of the heavy duty market! So, whether you have experience in this field or are someone who is passionate about the industry and have worked in a client-facing role, this is not an opportunity to miss!
You'll receive some great benefits alongside the amazing salary and a generous work perk scheme. This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week within their West London based space and offers you the opportunity to become part of a well-established and fun team.
Your duties will include B2B customer support to their clients and finding solutions to their queries, as well as assisting with any issues, onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships.
Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential! Experience in a similar role is needed, along with great problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
