About the Role:
PROJECT MANAGER
Our client is looking for a Project Manager in Barcelona.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects to manage activities in several contact centres.
Main Responsibilities :
Commercial relations with the client:
To be the main contact with a portfolio of clients,
Validate and lead production committees and steering committees,
Ensure customer visits to production sites,
Ensure project reporting,
Participation in responses to calls for tender.
Project management (profitability/margins, volume, productivity and quality):
Managing the launch of new projects/activities,
Coordination of production, quality and customer expectations,
Analysis of results and definition of necessary action plans,
Ensuring that processes are respected,
Ensuring customer satisfaction,
Management of production/quality teams:
Lead, motivate and retain the production/quality teams,
Relay the customer strategy to the employees and communicate all the project objectives,
Ensuring that the objectives are met.
Profile:
2/3 years of higher education
Experience: 2 years as Operations Manager (or 3-5 manager as Supervisor)
Knowledge of Windows, CRM software. . .
Strong interpersonal skills,
Organised, proactive and autonomous.
English and Spanish fluent (written and oral)
