About the Role:
German Speaking Help Desk - Office based
Dresden, Germany
€2100 per month gross salary + €300 a month language bonus
Our client is recruiting for German Speaking Help desk operators. You will be dealing with customers by phone and email. Customers will call with their technical issue and you will use the company knowledge base to solve the problems. Full training is provided, an interest in IT is good.
Candidates ideally will have some customer service experience ie in retail, hospitality etc but not essential as full training is provided. Candidates must speak German to at least c1 level.
Candidates must already have work permission for Germany to work full time.
