About the Role:
Home based Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agents
Malta
€21,600 per year + relocation assistance
* Monthly salary €1800 gross
* shifts 7am to 3. 30pm and 3. 30pm to midnight incl. 70 minutes break per shift
* 100% remote working possibility in Malta, except for trainings
Job duties:
- Reviewing and moderating content ensuring its accuracy.
- Answering email enquiries and ensuring customers are happy.
Essential experience:
- Fluent in Dutch and have good knowledge of English
- Excellent written skills.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer care and/or online business is desirable.
